Opening a hot dog stand- Where do I start? - trailer hot dog
I think that opening a hot dog stand next summer. The menu is simple - hot dogs, Italian sausage grinders, hand-cut fries, soda, water, hard ice-cream bars and ice cream novelty (strawberry, chocolate cake, etc..) I think with the concession trailer, and an excellent location available - I do not know what I do to get a trailer. I'm looking for something inexpensive but good-looking, small but effective and easy to use, but with everything I need.
Where do I start?
