We just received a condo cheap land, built in 1984 and the city, because after 1980 there was no asbestos in the ceiling of the popcorn. What is the best way to remove the popcorn? I do not know and thought of plaster on a tin roof, but have no time to shop them.Any help or ideas would be welcomed.
