Heart Suddenly Starts Beating Fast Sometimes, My Heart Will Suddenly Start To Beat Fast?

Sometimes, my heart will suddenly start to beat fast? - heart suddenly starts beating fast

Suddenly I was hit hard and fast for a few seconds and then stops. This happens everywhere, as if I study on the football field or on. I was a little stressed out, midterms and studying, so it is, perhaps, but something more could be serious?
I am 14 years old, if that matters at all.

The first time on the football field of the heart must be higher. Second stress play a role in blood pressure. Try to relax and take more time in your life, what they want to do, in other words, manage your time efficiently. Stay away from caffeinated beverages - including alcoholic beverages.

If you are still angry that his mother, a calendar with appointments for doctors. At your age, but has a problem with the heart or blood pressure is very unlikely. I see many children in the hospital a good reason, are not susceptible to many things in humans with age.

The first thing to do in an adult. Sometimes stress do for you, but if there is a medical condition back, I will not tell you that I am your mother say if you practice for the football of tomorrow. I suppose if you ask a football player who should have a school physical and the doctor asked about their breathing and heart when a parent to keep in mind when it occurs, tell your doctor you are. Good luck.

The reasons for this are normal and abnormal. Although it may be harmless, health is not something they want to take the risk.

Yes, it could be stress too.
This could be the caffeine.
It could be hormones.

But the words are "could". If this happens regularly, it is safer to see someone in the medical field and it checked out. If the school nurse, the recommendations have and see if they refer you to a doctor.
